404.asp error page on IIS5?

I was told by my new host (shared acc. on win2000 server)that they do not offer 404.asp error page because they can not set them up for for each shared account.
Can it be true?
On my other server I have 404.asp but it lacks other things.

I host my website on IIS5 & win2K too and my host says I can have my own custom 404 pages, so I guess it's possible... I'm really not sure because I'm new in this stuff.

Hey Guys,

Custom Error pages can be set up for every individual host.. Mind you it is a tedious task to assign the error pages since it has to be done individually. Some Hosting companies don't want to bother with it.

I also run my own webserver and host 4 different sites of mine on it. I use custom error pages for each site.
