Simple answer is yes!
When they go into the mailbox to collect messages they can press '3' - this then gives them 4 options:
1 - Standard greeting
2 - OOH gretting
3 - queue greeting 1
4 - queue greeting 2 (you are still in a queue)

...nearly forgot - if you don't have a shortcode to to collect msgs from that group - create one (you don't need to have voicemail turned on for the group to change the messages).
