403 forbidden for Incoming call to mitel 5000 2

Hi All,

I am trying to make incoming calls to our Mitel 5000/ MIVO 250 call controller. Any incoming calls to Mitel 5000 is responded back by 403 forbidden by Mitel 5000. I had configured call routing table to ring to a particular destination. Still any calls coming from PSTN are responded with 403 forbidden.
Am I missing any configuration on our MIVO-250.

You may have to add the IP address of the provider into the alternate ip of the SIP Peer.
i.e although you are registering to a particular IP/FQDN the incoming call setup and RTP may come from a different IP.
You need to trust this by adding it to the SIP Peer.
