403 Forbidden Access to Secure Web Site

I have published a secure IIS web site and am receiving the error detailed below when trying to connect over the internet.. Initially I get the standard security alert and download a test certificate issued by thawte, I then get the error listed...

I'm not sure if my problem is certificate related or if it is a problem with the isa server proxying requests to the secure web site, I can't find any usefull info on the error...


Does anyone have any ideas....?

403 Forbidden - The server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). Contact the server administrator. (12202)

Configuration is as follows;
Destination Set :
ip address : externalip
directory : /iclientscripts/*

Published Web Site :
applies to above destination set
redirect to <FQDN>(resolves to internalip)

Inbound Listener :
externalip
specified test certificate from web site..
