401 Unauthorized for just a few users with OWA

I have two users that are getting HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized errors when they try to log in with OWA from computers that OFF SITE. They can log on successfully to OWA from their office PCs.

I have compared their profile with others that are not having the same issue and I can not determine any difference. I'm finding lots of articles referring to the SMPT address and that is correct for these two users.
