4000 V3 caller ID issue to Cisco Callmanager V8

Does anyone know how to set clear text on a trunk group in a 4000? I have a 4K V3 connected to a Cisco Call Manager V8 and I am getting only one way caller ID name info. I am told by cisco I need to enable Clear Text in the Display of the trunk group. If anyone has the answer please let me know.

Just for giggles, try the IBBA parameter in the COT settings for the trunks in question.

My understanding of it is that it sends the digits to the other side by DTMF before the line is answered. Don't know if that will make a diff or not.
