400 Bad Request Error

Hi there,
I am trying to figure out how to, and if it is necessary, to fix a 400 bad request error. I've had no problem determining what the error message means, but as of yet, have not been able to find anything that explains how to fix this. If possible, would you be kind enough to point me in the direction of "fix it" information for 400 Bad Request Error, Malformed Syntax.
