I have put UM on a BCM 400 with Exchange 2007. It seems to work ok, but not all of the UM features work properly. It does show the Voicemail in the inboxes, sometimes there is a delay in message retrival. The customer is happy with the functionality so far. I put a call in to Nortel to see when/if they are going to release info on 2007, but have yet to hear anything back.
If you decide to deploy it, just make sure the customer knows that most of the features will not work.
