linked using isdn qsig. the isdn is the phone lines as well.what scn features are avaliable across this, and what about the claim that scn only supports 15 sites

Hi IPAlot,

SCN can only send/receive data to a max of 15 sites/500 users. Does not work without a IP connection wich can be made over QSig if not available.
If one of these limits is reached, who knows what happens.
Give it a shot and tell us
I would not dare to try it for customers sake.

With that many sites then would you not enable scn and just use short codes for site to site dialing, as you dont get much more than that with qsig anyway

You would have to split the 40 sites into at least 3 clusters and use qsig between the clusters If you know what I mean.

We have a custumor going to 70 side,s but using a S8700 were al the IP-Trunks are going to and doing the routing.
We are installing side 12 en 13 next week.
There are no problems yet al is going great (only faxing between IP-Office an S8700).
Use the right stuff and dont go for cheap to save you a S8700.
