4 year Fiscal Year and Fiscal Year to Date Report

Hello, I am new to Crystal Reports, so please bear with me.

I need a report that will give me four columns of Fiscal Year and Fiscal YTD sum and count totals for Fund Category and Constituency Code, preferably, with YTD from the run date of the report.

The columns would look like this:

F2010 F2011 F2012 F2013
Year YTD Year YTD Year YTD Year YTD

Creta a formula which defines your fiscal years

@FiscalYr
If your date field in .. date rage then 'FY1'
else
If your date field in .. date rage then 'FY2'
else
etc

Then use a cross tab with relevant counts and sums

What about the Fiscal YTD?

The last part of the formula will include a date range for current year. Total will always be YTD

Yes a CrossTab will do this for you.
