4 Port Nortel Flash voice mail

We have a flash user that gets a error message when she tries to access her voice mail.This goes for all users on the system, not msgs can be left or retrieved. Error message is as follows: your session can not be completed at this time.

Please help.

does login prompt for admin say log or password..if password you must reinialize flash...also what release is flash...should be at last release of 2.1 before tou reinitialize should put on a ups...flash tends to lose programming on powere hits
