4 party conference in ips 2000 1

Dear sir

we are working on ips 2000 and now we need to activate 4 party conference. please advise us how to do the programme in mat worx and the 4 party conference can be done in analog phone? or we should use digital phone? please guide us to do it.

without a conference trunk card , the most you will get is 3 party conference
