Can a 4 line analog telephone work with 4 CO line that's on a hunt group and works like a PBX. Example, if the main number is taken another phone call will go to the next available line.
 
Yes. If you set the four lines in hunt then all four line will ring when the main number is called as the former lines are rendered busy. If it is set for rotary hunt then it will loop in hunt also.
 
The line "HUNTING" feature is done in the CO switch, and can be offered in types: serial completion, ACD, round-robin, circular, or random . It is NOT done in the phone or other premise equipment.

I suppose it's really obvious, but just in case not, you also want to make sure you order Loop Start trunks (Standard POTS lines) rather than Ground Start trunks like might be used on a PBX....
