We my customer come to my website to access online courses they will receive a -4 error in a pop up window with the windows yield sign for internet explorer. Then the browser closes itself. The courses are Java Based and launch in a seperate window. Any Ideas of what can be causeing this problem.

hmmmm. Not quite sure. However, you may want to get the JVM from Sun. As far as I know, JVM is not included in IE under WinXP... Try it from here or go look for a redistribution of it at sun.com
