Is it possible to program extension numbers on the option 11
starting with the '9' digit? When i try it gives me an error
message saying number is out of range. works fine with 8xxx and below. Any help would be aprecaited

9 is probably already in use for AC1. Go to LD 20 and at req LUDN (list unused DN) See what 9 is being used for.

MIKE

what you need to do is change the AC1 access code to another number and taht will allow you to build the dns. another option id to buld an IDC and change the dids
