4.3.3 to 5.3 upgrade

Has anyone made this big of a jump before?
This is a Pseries 640, and the only thing this server does is support TSM - currently at 5.1, but I need to update the OS, in order to update TSM to a supported version.

Any advice is appreciated.

I have jumped from aix 4.3.3 to AIX 5.2 without problems.
