4.2 VM Pro Breakout

I have a problem with breaking out of a voice mail.

Dial '0' works but dialing '2' or '3' just causes the greeting to end and goes right to record.

Is this a known bug in 4.2?

You must have Voicemail Pro in Intuity mode.

VM Pro is in "IP Office" mode.

It will work in IP-Office mode, but the numbers to breakout to will need to be filled in via the IP-Office Manager. once there is a number assigned to a breakout digit, the breakout will work. It is then up to the mailbox owner to detail which breakout they have setup. (Tried on a 4.2.24, but don't think it was any different in 4.1)

I think only a "0" break out will work on IP Office mode as said above.

OPen Manager and go to Voicemail on a user and hit F1 and see what the help says,

I guess I can stop punching 2 or 3 to breakout when I am in IP Office mode.

If you want this in IPO mode then use a menu on each User in VM Pro.
