4.2.1.0 upgrade to 4.2.1.0-06

I'm trying to update 4.2.1.0 to Maintenance Level 06. When I run instfix -ciqk 4210-06_AIX_ML, there are over 150 items returned. However I have manually updated the system with the files instfix listed and rebooted. lslpp -l shows that the files are APPLIED, but instfix -ciqk 4210-06_AIX_ML still reflects that the same 150 items are NOT installed. Any thoughts?

Run "lppchk -v".
Also, look at "instfix -i|grep _ML"

Thanks Bill. I ended up discovering that I was missing 1 fileset (bos.rte.commands.4.2.1.7.bff). All looks good now.

# instfix -ik 4210-06_AIX_ML
All filesets for 4210-06_AIX_ML were found.
