4.0 Web Interface problem

I'm in the process of upgrading from 4.0 to 4.5 and I'm having an issue with the web interface in my test environment.

- 2 Win2K3 servers SP2 - these are my PS 4.0 servers
- Win2K SP4 server - this is my existing Nfuse 1.7 server (I know it's really out of date and I have to upgrade asap)
- Win2K3 server SP2 with IIS - this is my 4.0 Web interface server - I'm trying to get this working before attempting the upgrade.

The old Nfuse server works perfectly, if I go through that I get my app lists and they launch properly. If I go through the 4.0 web interface server I get my app icons OK but nothing happens when you click on an icon. If I right-click on an icon and choose "Open in a New Window" it gives me a 404 error. I've gone through the guide but can't see what I've missed. Anybody seen this before?

Make sure that you upgrade your client to the latest and greatest.
When updating mine- my client failed all the time - and we had to update the client (not sure if you did that already).

Once we did a client update, we were fine.

Alshrim,

Thanks for your input. We found the problem. The VM template that the WI server was created from had a problem with IIS. We removed and re-installed it and now everything works fine.

Perfect...
I find that with Citrix - one problem can have alot of different causes and each cause has its own special fix.
