There is no keycode needed for upgrading from 4.0.4c to 4.1..All you will need is to get the file from ITAS or maybe its downloadeable from there site..

There actually is a keycode, however it is on the 4.1 upgrade CD. It is put in to the NAM by this CD, so you won't actually see them.

I've had some R4.0's that required a keycode, but most did not. The ones requiring a keycode gave me the descending tones when trying to upgrade to R4.1.

there is also a floppy sized download for upgrading from 4.0 to 4.1 in a NAM
this is a download from the nortel website

The floppy version does not upgrade Access. I am fairly sure MICS 6.1 needs Access to be upgraded too.

thanks vencomrob i did not know about that ...
so the CD is required for the upgrade to make a NAM compatible with 6.1 ...by any chance do u know the part # or is it avbl on the secure NT website for a download?
