3x8 DR5 or DR5.1

I have been looking to go from a 3x8 DR1 to Dr5 or DR5.1 to gain caller ID and Class MWI.

Looking on Ebay I see DR5 and 5.1

What is the difference between the 2? Anything worth worrying about?
