3x8 dr5 installers password

i have a new customer who bought an existing business
with a norstar 3x8 dr5.no one knows who installed
the system but the installers password has been changed
is there a way to find out the existing password or to
default the system ??

Open up the 3x8 ksu Dr 5 from back and ground the battery in unit.......

The easiest way is to go into DEBUG mode. If you can get into ADMIN then you can change the time & date & enter a known passcode for DEBUG. There is a faq on this forum
