3x8 DR5.1 Caller ID info not displaying 1

(Working with a 3x8 DR5.1)
Shouldn't the CLID info display on the prime set when the line rings?

I know on a CICS 2.0 or higher, you can tell the system what the "CLID set" is. I have not found an option on the 3x8 DR5.1 that will allow me to assign the CLID set.

F811 works just fine. However, the customer simply wants the CLID info to appear on Ext 21 PRIOR to answering the line.

What am I missing?

You have to go into Admin section and go to Call Services. I believe that`s what it`s called but it`s the last option in Admin. Somewhere in there will be an option to assign a set to each of your lines which will allow for auto call display. (Or something like that) Just dig around in that section and you should be able to get it.
