First, are the lines in question set to appear only, or appear and ring on the set(s) you are testing with Feature 811?
Here is a manual, see especially pages 59, 60, 61 and check against your settings.
Most important for caller id is to have ring and appear for the lines on the set(s) to show ID info and allow 2 rings for CLASS info to be transmitted and captured by the 308 ksu.
