We have citrix xenapp installed and we are streaming a 3rd party application through the xenapp program neighborhood and the web interface. For some apparent reason, only our 3 users are getting a connection failed when trying to login to our internal servers using this app. Everyone else's is working just fine. If the application is installed locally, it connects just fine. Both plugins are installed - xenapp for hosted and xenapp for streaming clients. All of these users are using Latitude D630s. If an application is running in presentation mode, it has no problem connecting to the servers. We tried to uninstall all the local files for the locally installed app, but we are still getting rejected. We also tried to reinstall the xenapp clients on the laptops. All firewalls are off for this testing.
Really stuck here. Does anyone know what we can do?
