3rd Party Software for HR training

Is anyone aware of a 3rd Party Software that integrates with GP 7.5 that has the ability to have an employee swipe there employee badge when they attend training classes and then have the info download into Great Plains seemlessly? On a wider scale, is anyone aware of any 3rd party software that deals with or enhances the training and skills side of the HR module in Great Plains?
