Hi Belevedere,
Thanks for the assistance.
I have managed to get the phone to register, and it internal dial tone.
It displays the extension number.
The challenge that i now have is that ,when I ring the phone,
it goes to no service and after a while it comes back on
When I try to dial another station,it reflects busy then it gives busy tone

Cleophas

Hi Belevedere,
May you please clarify something for me.
Lets say I have got 70 3rd party standard IP phones,do I assign 70 EECXXX converters, meaning 1 for each phone
How do you match the virtual port number and EECXXX converter?
Thanking you in advance.
Regards,
Cleophas.

Yes you need a one for one set up. It's very similar to how NEC did wireless phones, and some of the commands are the same.

Hi Belevedere,
Thanks for the feedback, let me try it and I will come back to you

Good Day,
I am still having a challenge with the Baseline Pro-Sip phone to register on SV8300.
I tested the phone on SV8100 and it registers straight away and can receive and dial other extensions.
I have done the configurations as given above, but still I am having the same problem
Attached is the system backup file for Dual CPU for analysis.
Thanking you in advance.

I checked your database, all looks find except for:

1D32-4200-02 (mine is left at default 15, not 02)

Also, make sure:

F88>010:VoIP Channels :0016/0016- (having at least 16 channels licenses for the VoIP)
F88>024:STD SIP Phone :0002/0002- (having at least 1 STD SIP license available)
F88>012:IP Ports :0011/0032- (having at least 1 IP station license available)

NOTE 2: Simultaneous call by three Standard SIP station are available per SIP converter.
