Hello I have to install for customer a external ringer for an IP extension
On 8500. The device is a ALGO 8180 audio alert . I have installed 3rd Party SIP licence just not sure where to start on 8500. Any step by step commands would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance

Commands to build a 3rd party SIP stations:
ASPAL - set up your station in Normal and Hooking - SRV = TELN
ASPO - SET your RSC and SFC - system will automatically fill in PHIN and PS NO when you SET.
ASPTL - More than likely type will be TYPE1 and in detail - NO DIGEST AUTHENTICATION should be checked - that is what we use for Polycom conference phones but you may need to try different settings. If you a are dual system in ASDIL the LAN1 ACT IP address should have been set up as a 3rd option for Domain name for the SIP device to register to if not just use the first domain name option which should be associated with CPU 0, it is probably something like SV8500-0

Using L commands here assuming your not Fusion.
