BCM Call Center (Release 3.7) Can I use 3rd party reporting?
I am looking to use a third party program to access the BCM Call Center database. I need to build customized reports for one of my customer and I have no idea how to access the database. I know how to export reports but I would like to use 3rd party tool like crystal reports or simply MS Excel.
I know that on the previous version there was a explication how to access the data via MS Excel but know I need such a procedure for BCM 3.7.
