I would like page internal zone group 00 from a 3rd party device and be able to receive page on it.

I have managed to add a 3rd Party SIP phone to the SV 8300 following these threads:

The station no. of the 3rd party is 3500.

In my lab, I have the following phones:
[ul]
[li]DT700 - 4000[/li]
[li]DT800 - 4001[/li]
[li]GrandStream (3rd party) - 3500[/li]
[/ul]

I have also setup internal paging zone 00 to have the following extensions:

The current challenge I have is when I dial 1001 from the 3rd party device, it returns a 'service unavailable' tone.
Also, when the DT* phones dial 1001, the other phone is able to receive the page but the 3rd party does not.

Can you please guide me what I need to do to make this scenario work?

I think a 3rd party SIP phone is considered a single line phone in the 8300 and as such does not work with internal zone paging, if you read the manual command or look at your screen shot 56 states add the my- line multi-line terminal.
