Are there any non Avaya branded devices available that can work with Avaya PPM? I've tried a Crestron Mercury, but it doesn't allow to get brdg-appr on it.

Unlikely. Those devices can usually register 2 'lines' or accounts. Multi device access means you can have many instances of a station registered, so that's be a way around brdg-appr
