3rd party Address/Contacts sharing Notes/Outlook

Strange issue I'm dealing with.
I run a Domino 6.5 backbone for the company.
Enter a new CEO who does not want to learn Notes. He only wants to use Outlook. He hires a secretary and she too uses Outlook. She has access to his calendar and inbox in Notes.
Using the Domino Connector I can fire up Outlook and have it use the Notes account and that works as far as sending/recieving and calandar.
However, I can not share the contact/address book in Outlook in any way, shape or form.

I am looking for a 3rd party program that will import a PST or NSF and then be able to place it on a server and have them both have access to it. The goal is to have his large list of contacts accessed and updated by the secretary.

Not sure where to begin on this.

Hello Ear,

I would make up another address book on the server and give them access to it, then you could replicate that file down to both of their local machines and set them up to use that address book as well as their individual local mailbox and the company global mailbox.

Or:

File - Database - New (create the address book)
File - Database - New Replica (replicate the address book to the machine(s)
File - Prefrences - User Prefrences - Mail - then add that address book to the list of books that the user will check when sending mail.

This will create an address book that they both use to store contacts and allows them to e-mail people through those contacts.

It can also be setup to syncronize to a palm pilot as well by configuring the palm software to sync with it.
