3rd party active voice repartee voicemail problem

Hi can some one help me.
I have a repartee voicemail system on a meriadian 1 and the voicemail ports keep locking up.

I have the following:
NORTEL MERIDIAN SL1 V. 2530

voicemail info
-->Active Vocie Repartee 7.49
-->Meridian-1 with VBPC NTMERVBPC 20
--> Northern Telecom Meridian using VBPC cards and
D81A cards (two sets) in a passive backpane system.
it is a 12 Port system.
-->voice driver = 4.30

the voicemail manufactures have said that there is a patch for the meridian and I can't find it anywhere below is the info they have given me (their exact words):
"The culmination of this process appears to be a Nortel-
issued patch to prevent Xpec buffering of the voicemail ports. This singular contribution by Nortel has resolved the most difficult cases in port lockups."

if anyone has come across this b4 and knows anyhyting about this so called patch would you let me know.

I cant find any patches regarding this with the information you gave. is there any error messages etc?
What option and procesortype does the swith have?

Have you tried putting LDTA in the CLS for the analog ports
