My PABX is connected with a 3rd part system named FCS winsuite and voice mail. PABX provide M2616 interface connected with FCS dialogy card and the TTY port programmed PMS and BGD connect to FCS system. Now FCS system can successfully send AWU command to PABX and works well.
Right now, I also want to check the morning call status on 2250 attendant. Due to the music/ran is provided by FCS system. I did not program LD 15 AWU data block.
Failed to check the morning call status on 2250. How could I?
 
can you re-word any of that? if your looking for call stats to the 2250 then make the atdn a maxp 1 acd ncfw to the acdn and run simple acd reprots on that acd.. or setup cdr.. but usually i use the acd method if i need just inbound call count to a single station...

example... i have a mcr group, 4 phones in service as a mini help desk... to get a count of inbound calls i make the sets all mcr 2000, a build a maxp 1 acd 1000 ncfw to 2000, publish the 1000 number.. users dial 1000, 2000 rings, and i can get simple acd stats on 1000... no tn's or lic wasted.. no one has to log in,, since the acdn or 1000 has no agents, it's always in nights so the ncfw rings with zero delay

AWU key on the 2250 does not show a procedure for verifying the wake up once set.
Background Terminal (BGD), when you set the wake up time, the port would print the info to a line printer attached to the port, that way you can capture it.
This only works if you are using the PBX's wakeup.

If your PMS software does the wake up, it might have some feature....

In the Features and Service Guide (book 1 of 3)for Automatic Wake UP it shows how to do it from a MAINT Set...
(again only if you use the PBX's awu feature)

What does this mean, what is a morming call status?

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.


 
the morning call status I want to check on 2250 is that when I pick up a loop key, press the AWU key and then dial the extension number, I want to see on the screen what time has been set on the extension as morning call time.
