I have a Norstar MICS 7.1 with PRI. The operator has 8 intercom paths assigned to her telephone with target line 200 programmed as ring only. If she has 2 calls in process the 3rd call does not ring on her telephone. The caller hears the line ringing but it eventually gets the AA message after 10 rings. There is no call forwarding for her ext 200 and line 200 is primed to her telephone. I had the service provider monitor the PRI when I called in and it is hitting the telephone system. I have the PRI set so outgoing starts on line 001 and incoming starts on line 23.
