I am working on a site done almost completly in flash. The client has asked for a 3d spinning logo and has supplied me with it in psd format. I tried to use swift 3d for this but it would not accept the file format.

What would be the best software to use to achieve the best results? I would greatly appreciate any advice.
Thanks.

Well, does the *.psd contain any vector art? If so open it in Photoshop, export any paths to an Illustrator file, then open in Swift3D. If you haven't got Photoshop, get him to do the step above.
Or he could just be giving you an image that he wants you to create a 3d spnning logo of.

Moe: It could have been a real ugly situation, but luckily I managed to shoot him in the spine.
