I used the revolve feature on my object and i wanted to make it go back to the original 2D veiw of it, but it was too many Undo steps behind that I can't undo it. I see tyhe outline of the object i want when i select it, but I cant find any option to remake the image into the original object. My projects due very soon and I would love a little help! Thanks! :)

There are several ways to do this, the easiest and most logical two originating in the Appearance Palette (if it's not showing, shortcut Shift-F6):

1. You can click on the button to "Reduce Art to Basic Appearance", the drawback is that any effects that are applied will disappear;

or

2. Drag the item in question (3D Revolve) to the trash.

Quick enough?
