Hi, I am new to flash and actionscript so I am not sure if this is possible. I am trying to create a menu system for a website that looks like the menu system for metroid prime 2:echoes. It seems like I would need to use linear algebra and deal with the hidden line problem to do this. For those of you that are not familiar with metroid's menu. I am wanting a menu system that has beams of light coming from the center and each beam of light attaches itself to a menu item. As you move the mouse the beams move in a free style 3 dimensional way. When one menu comes to the front you can select it. I am just wanting ideas on how I might accomplish this. So any help would be great. Thank you.
