3D in Phhotoshop: image (jpg) on a self-made 3D object

How is it possible to put an image on a self-made 3D model?
- I have made a spray-can in SolidWorks, exported it as .obj and .u3d and .3ds file.
- I have opened a jpg image in a photoshop file.
- I would like to have this image wrapped up on de the body of the spray-can,

Nothing to find how to use other models then the standards that are within Photoshop.
