3d Graphics Conversion

We have some 3d images we are trying to use in a vb directx app. The images were not loading properly the programmer that is doing the graphics for us sent me the email below.

Can anyone convert the images that I have so they will be in the format he needs. I do not have any idea what he is talking about.

i think u made the .x's for retained mode, u need to set the JT exporter to bones and skin, mesh only, right handed...
all my computers crash when using ms3d..
