3cx or Bri on Iphone, one way audio only

I have IP office r8 with 5 license of 3rd party IP endpoint, 3cx or Bria is installed on iphone and Iphone is connected trhu VPN, can successfully register to IP office and can initiate call but the issue is that only one way audio is possible, from the iphone, I can hear the other party but they cant hear me, the weird thing is that softphone for PC works perfectrly thru VPN, but when It comes to use the Iphone, only one way audio is possible..

I think it is firmware incompatibility either the box or iphone.

You may tinker the box by upgrading/downgrading its fw, until you found the match.

I have found Media5 Fone works better. try that.
