3COM3812 VLAN's/QoS for VOIP?

Hello everybody,

I've 4 3COM3812 switches.

Q1. Is it possible to use this switch for VOIP?
Q2. I've to create a Voice VLAN and QoS for voice?

Is this difficult for this type of switch?

I've a lot of Cisco experience but not much of 3COM

Can somebody help me?
