3Com Travel Router not connecting to Belking Wireless Router

I have just replaced my 3Com wireless router with a Belkin wireless router.

Now my 3Com Travel Router don't connect to the network any longer.

I am running with WPA security and a fixed IP adress.
I have tried with DHCP but this did not work.

I have upgraded both devices with the latest firmware.

Any ideas ??
