3Com switch 4200 26port 3C17300A lost password

Hi there, inherited a unit of 3C17300A, don't know the ipaddr, don't know the admin/password, don't know the version, there's no any button on the unit, to power off just pull out the power cord.

Wondering how can I reset this unit to factory default & regain administration access?
