3Com SuperStack III firewall and FTP

I have this 3Com firewall protecting my company's network from the outside. I'm having difficulty configuring FTP clients on the internal network to go through the 3Com unit, although I've had no such problems with other firewalls. They just won't connect to external websites. The firewall is set-up to allow ANY internal traffic onto the WAN. WAN access to the LAN is obviously heavily reduced.

Does anyone know of anything obvious that I might be doing wrong?
