3com Superstack II 3C16951 switch

I have a 3Com Superstack II switch (3C16951). When i power one the box all led's stay lit and i cannot access the thing through the console port. i can flash the switch through the console port but cannot manage it........any ideas ????

upgrade to 2.69 using serial update program both available from 3Com site.
This fixes all the leds on scenario.
