I have a SuperStack II 3000 switch which I have inherited and am having trouble getting it to talk to the rest of my network. I can log in through the console port and get to the configuration menus, changed the IP and subnet mask to match my network. I don't have any documentation on it so I don't know how to enter the CLI or commands are available even if I were able. Any help would be extremely appreciated.

Thank you

Are you getting a link light when you connect it to your network? If you are, is the connection light blinking? If so, then the port you are using is disabled. If not, there may be a speed/duplex issue.

Thank you for the response TreyJ. I have a link light and it is solid. I have checked the speed and duplex settings and they are correct. The port was enabled and still wasn't working. I finally get it to ping yesterday after I put it on a different port on the router but shortly after that it wouldn't do anything once again. Any idea?

Thank you
