have a cusotmer that uses 3com system and want to change over to the IP OFFICE. they want to know if they can use the 3com phones(which i dont want them too)but if the price is too high they might not switch at all......

if they can use them, what do they need? is it the ip-endpoint 3rd party license?

thanks for the help...

Yes that's the licence, but the functionality they will get will make it pointless tbh :)

thats what i thought.......and thats what im telling them. is it more or less just pick up the phone and talk, or can they do anything else....

Pretty much, perhaps transfer too but they basically work as an analogue phone would :)
