My OCR have a corrupt software and give me a OCR Load Menu.
So, how-to dowload a new software with this menu.

You can copy the code from one unit to another. The solution is in 3com solution id 122.0.1123709.1720372. The page is

but you may have to get to a page where you can enter a solution id. THis page seems to be 'hidden' in that it does not show up whatever query of phase you search for in there knowledge base.
