3Com Office Connect 511 stops routing

I have a 3Com Office Connect 511S at either end of a WAN link. Everything works fine initially, you can get to everywhere you want. After about a minute, the line stays connected but you can't get any data through and cannot ping the far end router.

Guess the router at the office has a setting wrong, but not sure which one. Help gratefully received.

Home computer 192.168.3.2, router 192.168.3.1. Office router on 192.168.1.11, network 192.168.1.x. All masks 24 bit.
 
I'm experiencing a similar problem to this. The WAN connection is fine throughout the day in a remote office, but every morning, the connections says it is UP (in CO PO) but I can't ping it.

I ask someone in the remote office to reboot the 3com OfficeConnect Remote 531, and then it bursts back into life!

Anybody know what might be causing this?
 
Hi,

This is a main problem of the 3Com 511 x series. Try to upgrade to version V05.04. What version do u have then ?
